Zoe joined Balderton’s investment team in 2022 and is based in Paris.

At Balderton, Zoe spends a good portion of her time covering France & Belgium and is particularly interested in DevOps, B2B SaaS, and AI.

Before joining Balderton, Zoe was a Principal at Newfund Capital, a Franco-American Seed stage VC. Based out of their Paris office, Zoe made a number of investments in the devtools, industry 4.0 and fintech spaces. Before becoming an investor, Zoe assisted developed portfolio companies in the context of M&A operations, fundraisings, and growth strategy projects.

Prior to Newfund, Zoe worked at Altman Solon, a US Tech & Telecom focused strategy consultancy. Based out of their New York office, she worked across multiple mega-fund buyout deals, primarily focused on cloud & telecom infrastructure and B2B software.

She started her career as an investment banking analyst at J.P. Morgan in their Technology coverage group in San Francisco.

Zoe is French American and holds a BA in Economics from Yale University.
