Tobias joined Balderton’s investment team in 2024. He is based in London and covers the Nordics, Baltics, and CEE.

Prior to Balderton, Tobias worked in growth-stage investing at Target Global, where he focused on Series B to pre-IPO tech companies across Europe and Israel, with a particular emphasis on B2B software, as well as digital health and consumer mobile apps. Before that, he was an early-stage investor at Credo Ventures. Tobias started his career on the operating side, working between Product and Data Science at a customer data analytics startup Exponea (acquired by Bloomreach).

Tobias holds a degree in Economics from University College London (UCL).
