Jen joined Balderton in 2019. She is responsible for Balderton’s brand and communications initiatives and supports the firm’s portfolio companies with their communications strategies. Before joining Balderton, Jen worked at the strategic communications firm, Milltown Partners, where she advised clients including Silicon Valley startups, investors and technology giants on communications and public policy challenges. During her time there, Jen was also seconded to SoftBank Investment Advisers to work on communications for SoftBank’s Vision Fund. Jen started her career working for PR agency Brands2Life focusing on B2B tech campaigns.

Jen holds a BA from Oxford University. She is a French national and a French native speaker.
