Helen joined Balderton in 2007 as Financial Controller. She is responsible for supporting the CFO in all aspects of the financial function at Balderton, specifically focusing on the management entities.

Prior to joining Balderton Helen worked at PwC in Jersey specialising in the audit of venture capital and private equity firms.

Helen holds a BA (Hons) in History from Southampton University and is a qualified Chartered Accountant.
