Carlotta joined Balderton’s investment team in 2021. She focuses on growth-stage investments. 

Carlotta previously spent three years at Morgan Stanley in the technology investment banking division in London, where she worked on a number of advisory, M&A and capital markets deals across the European technology space with a focus on consumer internet, enterprise software and fintech.

Before joining Morgan Stanley, Carlotta studied in the World Bachelor in Business program, where she earned three bachelor degrees in business from the University of Southern California, The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology and Bocconi University respectively, living across three continents over 4 years.

Carlotta is fluent in Italian and English.
