Bryce joined Balderton as Legal Counsel in 2023.

He advises on Balderton’s investments and exits and provides guidance to Balderton portfolio companies at all stages of their life cycle, on a range of legal issues.

Prior to joining Balderton, Bryce was a Senior Associate in the London office of Boston headquartered law firm Goodwin Procter, where he focussed on venture capital and M&A, advising a range of high-growth companies and leading venture capital firms. Prior to this, he was an Associate at another US law firm in London and also spent time seconded in-house to a London based pre-seed and seed-focussed VC firm.

Bryce completed his Business and Law degree at University College Dublin, Ireland.
