Andjaro (formerly known as OuiTeam) today announced their €5million Series A raise, led by Balderton and joined by SAP.IO, and previous investor Edenred Capital Partners. The company will be using the funds to focus efforts on accelerating growth, hiring and expansion into international markets. Andjaro addresses a high priority HR and operational challenge for large organisations: that of streamlining the management of workforces, while making it easier for staff to move between locations of the same company.
Andjaro was founded by Alexandre Ramin, Benoit Ozan, Ivan de Pontevès and Quentin Guilluy in 2015. The team observed a significant market need in workforce management: that of ‘load balancing’ internal staff in large organisations that have workforces across multiple sites. Instead of hiring expensive temporary or fixed-term contract staff through agencies, the Andjaro platform enables the ‘loan’ of available internal staff from other locations within the same organisation.

Not only does this cut costs, but it also gives staff the chance to experience other parts of the organisation, resulting in a more interconnected workforce. The company has already powered more than 50,000 staff movements and saved its clients an estimated €7million in costs that would potentially have been spent on temporary or contract workforces. Today, the platform is powering workforces at major companies in France including: Accor Hotels, Crèche Attitude, Elior, Engie Ineo, Groupe Flo, ISS, LeNotre, and Sodexo.
By generating more than 2,000 days of staff movements in a few months, Andjaro has quickly become an obvious solution for streamlining staff. The positive response generated has allowed us to launch the deployment of the platform nationwide. The market problem addressed by Andjaro — optimising workforces between different sites — is an absolute priority in large organisations. The results that Andjaro is already seeing with such leading customers convinced us that this solution will soon become essential HR practice.
