Danny joined Balderton in 2018 and was promoted to Head of Legal in 2022. He advises on Balderton’s investments, and works with our portfolio companies, helping them navigate legal issues that may arise on the journey through to exit.

Danny has experience advising on a range of corporate and commercial matters, with a particular focus on Venture Capital and M&A in the technology space. Before joining Balderton, Danny was a corporate associate at Silicon Valley-based law firm, Cooley, in its London office. He started his career as a corporate associate at another U.S. law firm in London and also spent time seconded in-house to a U.S. bank.

Danny gained his LLB Law degree at the University of Birmingham.
